From the recorded session with Troy, Haley, Megan & Sarah. Agreed renames and restructures, sent to Robert.
| Now | Change to |
|---|---|
| 90 Scorecard | Scorecard — drop the "90"; copy the KPI set from the team's Ninety scorecard; Sales + Leasing KPI groups |
| Biz Dev (pipeline) | Leads — "this isn't Landmark biz dev, this is our leads." All Deals cascades to Sales · Leasing · Leads |
| — (new) | Biz Dev — new toggleable category outside All Deals, for Landmark business development only |
| Sales stage order | Analyze → Buyer Shopping → Prepare Listing → Listed → Back on Market → Offer Negotiation → Pending Feasibility → Closing → Closed Won |
| Leasing stage order | Identical, with Tenant Shopping in place of Buyer Shopping (fewer plans) |
| Nav color bars | Remove the 3 dead color lines above Dashboard; color-code the tabs instead: Sales = orange · Leasing = green · Biz Dev = blue |
| "Coming up" widget | Tasks — 14-day look-ahead, purged of old LeadSimple data |
| — (new) | Listings Expiring — Sarah's new dashboard widget: listing-agreement expirations from the property tab, toggleable |
| Property colors | CBA standard everywhere: blue = industrial · red = office · green = retail · yellow = multifamily |
LeadSimple is still the official system of record today, and its one-time sync into the new CRM brought over old and completed tasks that now show as overdue (104 on the dashboard). The cutover is a clean-slate switch, not a parallel run:
Now → mid-June: Robert purges all old LeadSimple tasks & action plans and loads only the new templates → next 1–2 weeks: the team works real deals natively in the CRM while fixes land weekly → July 1: go-live — the Muljat CRM becomes the system of record and LeadSimple goes read-only until cancelled. Troy: "The goal is to launch this thing live, maybe by July 1, maybe."
Sections follow the left-hand nav at creproperty.com: Dashboard · Pipeline · Properties · People · Analytics · Tools. Each card lists the changes agreed June 12 — check items off as Robert ships them and the team verifies live.
| When | Focus | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Fri Jun 12 | Review session #2 — dashboard + full pipeline walkthrough | This checklist published; consolidated change list to Robert |
| Jun 13–14 | Troy: weekend video (deal cards + cascading spaces) · send CBA/CoStar/assessor database + Ninety KPIs to Robert | Robert builds from the video + this list |
| Jun 15–19 | Build week 1: dashboard, scorecard, rocks, issues/to-dos, KPI tiles · purge LeadSimple tasks & action plans | Team starts entering real deals — try to break it |
| Jun 22–26 | Build week 2: pipeline board, deal card, new-deal form, commission calculator · weekly review session · dedicated Properties session (deal ↔ property model, cascading suites) | Hard verification of the daily-driver workflows |
| Jun 29–30 | Punch list: address cleanup, duplicate deals, action plans final, notes/pins, OM sending | Go / no-go on data quality |
| Jul 1 | GO-LIVE — Muljat CRM is the system of record | LeadSimple goes read-only; new deals only in the CRM |
| July | Stabilize + v1.2 backlog: deeper financial pulls, buyer/seller commission split, Deal Rooms & Lease Abstracts polish, rent-matching tool from the merged database | Cancel LeadSimple once the team is confident |
The bones are excellent — the dashboard, rocks/scorecard, properties module, and analytics are already ahead of anything LeadSimple ever did. The risk for a July 1 launch concentrates in two places:
Everything else on this page is polish. Fix those two and July 1 is realistic.
