Muljat CRM — Review Checklist

Reviewing the new Muljat Group Commercial CRM at creproperty.com (built by Robert Kanaat) that will fully replace and retire LeadSimple for the brokerage. Walk each section live, check the boxes as Robert ships fixes, and enter real deals — "try to break it."
Today's meeting (June 12, 2026): Troy, Haley, Megan & Sarah walked the dashboard, scorecard, rocks, and the entire pipeline. Every agreed change is captured below as a checklist item. Goal: launch live by July 1. "We gotta simplify before we multiply."

June 12 Team Review — Structure Decisions

From the recorded session with Troy, Haley, Megan & Sarah. Agreed renames and restructures, sent to Robert.

NowChange to
90 ScorecardScorecard — drop the "90"; copy the KPI set from the team's Ninety scorecard; Sales + Leasing KPI groups

— (new)Biz Dev — new toggleable category outside All Deals, for Landmark business development only

Leasing stage orderIdentical, with Tenant Shopping in place of Buyer Shopping (fewer plans)
Nav color barsRemove the 3 dead color lines above Dashboard; color-code the tabs instead: Sales = orange · Leasing = green · Biz Dev = blue
"Coming up" widgetTasks — 14-day look-ahead, purged of old LeadSimple data
— (new)Listings Expiring — Sarah's new dashboard widget: listing-agreement expirations from the property tab, toggleable
Property colorsCBA standard everywhere: blue = industrial · red = office · green = retail · yellow = multifamily

To-dos from the meeting

How the cutover works

LeadSimple is still the official system of record today, and its one-time sync into the new CRM brought over old and completed tasks that now show as overdue (104 on the dashboard). The cutover is a clean-slate switch, not a parallel run:

Now → mid-June: Robert purges all old LeadSimple tasks & action plans and loads only the new templates → next 1–2 weeks: the team works real deals natively in the CRM while fixes land weekly → July 1: go-live — the Muljat CRM becomes the system of record and LeadSimple goes read-only until cancelled. Troy: "The goal is to launch this thing live, maybe by July 1, maybe."

Components — Organized by the CRM Navigation

Sections follow the left-hand nav at creproperty.com: Dashboard · Pipeline · Properties · People · Analytics · Tools. Each card lists the changes agreed June 12 — check items off as Robert ships them and the team verifies live.

The Honest Bottom Line

Where the risk concentrates

The bones are excellent — the dashboard, rocks/scorecard, properties module, and analytics are already ahead of anything LeadSimple ever did. The risk for a July 1 launch concentrates in two places:

  1. The deal card. Activity/Tasks/Action-plan/Notes buttons don't work, the financial math is wrong (1% commission computed as 6%; $10M deals showing $10.4M asking), and nothing is editable inline. Brokers live in the deal card every day — it has to just work.
  2. The task & action-plan data. The LeadSimple sync polluted the system with stale, overdue tasks (104 showing). Until the purge happens, every task view and email digest is noise.

Everything else on this page is polish. Fix those two and July 1 is realistic.
